Since she was three years old, life looked different for her.

Spirits weren’t just stories—they were standing in her living room.
Her first encounter? A blue man, motionless in front of the television.
And from there, the veil never closed.

She saw.
She felt.
She knew.

But with that gift came darkness.

She’s been whipped across rooms by unseen forces.
Scratched by invisible hands.
Walked out of the shower only to find messages from spirits written in the steam on her mirror. And once, darkness followed her home—on a plane.

These weren’t visions.
They were real.
Zak didn’t ask for them.
But she learned to walk through the dark anyway.

Raised in a Greek Orthodox household, she was taught to stay quiet.
When she spoke about what she saw or heard, the message was always the same:
Stop talking. People will think you’re crazy.

So, for years, she laughed it off.
Made jokes.
Played it small. But the truth kept calling her—louder every time.

In 1997, she was diagnosed with thyroid cancer.
It was her body’s way of screaming what her soul had known all along: it’s time to wake up. That illness cracked her open.

Her first massive spiritual awakening began there.
And yet, life kept throwing her deeper.

It took two more decades for Zak to uncover one of her soul’s greatest mysteries: her original spirit had gone home, and a walk-in had entered.

Her body had become home to a higher mission—one her original self could no longer carry.

Suddenly, all the chaos, confusion, and unexplainable moments made sense.

The darkness wasn’t punishment.
It was training.
For something far greater.

As she peeled back the layers, Zak began remembering her past lives.
As a healer.
A truth-teller.
A woman burned, silenced, crucified for her power.
The terror she carried wasn’t just from this life—it was ancestral and ancient.

And as she began to heal it, she birthed something sacred.

She realized that every woman carries her own version of this story—shame from speaking her truth, trauma she can’t explain, emotional weight she doesn’t know how to release.

Zak had walked through the fire, so she could guide women out of it.

That’s how the Spiritual Sisterhood Movement was born.
Not as a business. But as a calling.

A sacred space for women to rise together.
