Stop Waiting for Permission: Heaven Already Said Yes

Have you ever noticed how many women spend years waiting for permission to become who they already are?

I remember the days where I used to wait for permission to rise and shine my light to the world, like I was too afraid to do it on my own, it felt like I needed someone just in case..

Imagine how many areas as women we look for permission at time

Permission to start the business.
Permission to write the book.
Permission to launch the ministry.
Permission to travel.
Permission to speak.
Permission to lead.
Permission to reinvent themselves.
Permission to dream bigger.
Permission to want more.

The interesting thing is that most women don’t realize they’re waiting for permission.

They tell themselves they’re waiting for the right time, when the kids get older, when I retire.

The right circumstances.

More confidence.
More money.
More experience.
More clarity.

Yet underneath it all is a question that quietly follows them everywhere:

“Am I allowed to do this?”
Or “Can I do this?”

For many women over 45, this question becomes even louder.

Not because they lack wisdom.
Not because they lack capability.
But because they stand at the threshold of a new chapter, and every new chapter asks something of us.

It asks us to leave behind what is familiar, as we go through menopause, or perimenopause whatever you want to call it, it’s a transitional phase of a woman’s life.
That brings out a part of her that is ready for change and spiritual growth.

This feeling that is coming up…
It asks us to trust what cannot, yet be seen.
It asks us to become someone, we have never been before.

And that can feel terrifying and to some anxious.

Especially when you’ve spent decades being known for who you’ve always been, in certain roles in your life.

The Invisible Waiting Room

There is a place many women unknowingly live.

I call it the Invisible Waiting Room, it’s like a dark room where answers are found.

It’s where dreams go while we wait for certainty.
It’s where callings go while we wait for confidence.

It’s where purpose goes while we wait for someone to validate what we already know.

The woman in the waiting room says:

“When the kids are older.”

“When I retire.”

“When I lose the weight.”

“When I have more money.”

“When life settles down.”

“When I feel ready.”

But what if readiness isn’t what you’ve been waiting for?

What if you’ve been waiting for permission that was already given?

What If Heaven Isn’t Asking You to Wait?

Imagine for a moment that Heaven is not holding your future hostage.

Imagine that God is not standing at a distance saying:

“Maybe one day.”

“Not yet.”

“Come back when you’re more qualified.”

“Come back when you’re perfect.”

“Come back when you’re less afraid.”

What if Heaven has already said Yes?

What if the desire stirring within you is not random?
What if the dream that keeps returning isn’t a distraction?
What if the vision you’ve carried for years is not wishful thinking?
What if it was planted there for a reason?

Many women spend years praying for confirmation while ignoring the evidence already present.

The excitement.
The pull.
The curiosity.
The recurring idea.
The opportunity that keeps showing up.
The nudge that refuses to leave.

Sometimes what we call uncertainty is simply fear standing in front of clarity.

The Dream That Won’t Leave You Alone

Think about the thing you’ve been thinking about for years.

Not weeks.
Not months.
Years.

Perhaps it’s starting a business.
Writing a book.
Creating a community.
Launching a podcast.
Speaking on stages.
Leading women.
Traveling the world.
Creating something meaningful.
Building a legacy.

I loved doing many of the above, however what I am doing now was something that kept on creeping up in my thoughts and mind for over a decade.

It kept on returning, and it shows me ways to upgrade myself and what the vision is.

You try to move on, yet the vision gets stronger, this vision isn’t something I was able to ignore.
It was my calling, my purpose.

It finds its way back into your thoughts.

Back into your prayers.
Back into your conversations.
Back into your heart.

Why?

Because purpose doesn’t usually arrive once.

Purpose persists.

It keeps knocking.
It keeps whispering.
It keeps inviting.

Not because God is trying to pressure you.

But because there is something within you that is fearfully and wonderfully made and meant to be expressed through you.

The Women Who Inspire Us Didn’t Wait

Think about the women you admire most.

The women who inspire you.

The women who seem courageous.

Do you know what they all have in common?

They weren’t fearless.
They moved while afraid.
They weren’t certain.
They took the next step anyway.

They didn’t have every answer.
They trusted what they knew.

At some point, every woman who stepped into her calling had to stop waiting for permission.

She had to stop asking if she was allowed.
She had to stop looking around for approval.

She had to trust the invitation she had already received.
And so must you.

Visualize This for a Moment

Close your eyes for a moment, well read this before you imagine it.

Imagine yourself one year from now.

Not the version of you that stayed in the waiting room.

The version of you that finally stepped through the door.

See her.
She walks differently.

Not because life became perfect.

Because she trusts herself.
She trusts God.
She trusts the vision.

She no longer apologizes for her desires.
She no longer shrinks to make others comfortable.
She no longer talks herself out of opportunities.
She no longer waits for someone else to believe in her first.

Imagine waking up knowing you’re finally living in alignment with what has been calling you forward.

Imagine the conversations you’ll have.

The lives you’ll impact.
The joy you’ll experience.
The freedom you’ll feel.

The fulfillment that comes from knowing you answered the call.

Now ask yourself:

What if that version of you is not waiting for permission?

What if she’s waiting for a decision?

What Heaven Might Already Be Saying Yes To

Perhaps Heaven is already saying yes to:

The business you’ve been afraid to start.
The book you’ve been afraid to write.
The community you’ve been afraid to build.
The message you’ve been afraid to share.
The leadership role you’ve been afraid to accept.
The dream you’ve been afraid to pursue.
The reinvention you’ve been afraid to embrace.
The next chapter you’ve been afraid to begin.

Not because every detail is guaranteed.
Not because the journey will be effortless.

But because growth requires movement.

And movement requires trust.

The Real Permission You’ve Been Waiting For

Here’s what I’ve discovered.

Most women are not waiting for God’s permission.

They’re waiting for their own.
They’re waiting to finally believe that they can do it.

They’re waiting to feel ready.
They’re waiting to feel fearless.
They’re waiting to know the outcome.

Yet confidence doesn’t arrive before the first step.

It arrives because of the first step.

Clarity doesn’t always arrive before movement.

Often, movement creates clarity.
The path appears as you walk it.

Not before.

Your Next Chapter Begins with One Decision

Maybe the question is no longer:

“What if I fail?”

Maybe the better question is:

“What becomes possible if I trust the calling?”

What becomes possible if you stop waiting?

What becomes possible if you trust what has been stirring within you?

What becomes possible if you finally believe that the desire, the dream, and the vision were placed within you for a reason?

Because the truth is, your next chapter is not waiting for more permission.

It’s waiting for your participation.

The life you desire is not hiding from you.

The purpose you seek is not avoiding you.

The woman you are becoming is already within you.

And perhaps the message you’ve been waiting to hear is this:

Stop waiting for permission.

Heaven already said Yes.

Now it’s your turn to say yes, too.

With Love
