God Has Always Called Women Into Leadership
Throughout scripture, God consistently chose women to lead, nurture, teach, influence, and carry divine assignments.
Women were never meant to live small, silenced, disconnected lives.
They were created to carry wisdom, discernment, compassion, strength, intuition, and spiritual authority.
One of the most powerful examples is Mary Magdalene.
While many misunderstood her story, Jesus chose Mary Magdalene to be among His closest followers and entrusted her as one of the first witnesses to His resurrection. In a time when women were often overlooked culturally, Heaven elevated her voice.
Her story reminds women today that God does not define us by our past seasons, mistakes, heartbreaks, or transitions. He defines us by who we are becoming through Him.
Another powerful example is Mary, mother of Jesus.
Mary carried faith, surrender, trust, and divine obedience. She accepted her calling even when she could not yet fully understand the outcome.
How many women today are being asked to trust God with the next chapter before they can fully see where it will lead?
Leadership in the Kingdom is not always loud.
Sometimes it looks like:
- trusting your inner knowing
- healing after heartbreak
- rebuilding after divorce
- stepping into visibility
- starting the business God placed on your heart
- choosing authenticity over performance
- finally saying yes to your calling
“The Father and I Are One”
Jesus says in Bible John 10:30:
“I and the Father are one.”
This scripture speaks deeply to alignment, intimacy, and divine connection.
So many women spend years disconnected from themselves because they have become disconnected from their spirit, their peace, and their God-given identity.
But true transformation begins when a woman returns to alignment with God and begins listening inwardly again.
When she slows down enough to hear:
- wisdom
- discernment
- direction
- truth
There is a powerful shift that happens when a woman realizes she no longer needs to seek her worth through exhaustion, people-pleasing, or proving herself.
She begins living from inner peace instead of survival.
From wholeness instead of fear.
From spiritual alignment instead of performance.
God Anoints The Woman Who Walks In Alignment
Psalm 23:5 says:
“You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.”
There is something deeply powerful about this scripture for women entering a new season of life.
The anointing of oil represents blessing, favor, abundance, protection, healing, and divine appointment.
When a woman begins walking in alignment with her God-given purpose, she often notices that life begins flowing differently.
Doors open.
Confidence grows.
Clarity increases.
Peace deepens.
Not because life becomes perfect — but because she is no longer abandoning herself spiritually.
She begins trusting the gifts God placed within her.
And many women in this season begin discovering that their gifts were never meant to remain hidden.

Often, the areas where women have experienced the deepest pain become the very places God uses for healing, wisdom, leadership, and impact.
The woman who survived divorce may now help other women rebuild.
The woman who felt lost may now guide women back to themselves.
The woman who spent years silencing her voice may now become a teacher, mentor, writer, speaker, healer, or leader.
Nothing is wasted in the Kingdom.
Your story carries wisdom.
Your healing carries authority.
Your voice carries impact.
